At Simply Fit & Fun, we welcome all people, from all walks of life, in whatever stage of life. We are here to change the game and prove that achieving personal health and wellness can be simple, effective, and, well, FUN!
We have 90 offerings a week with a wide variety of fitness classes and options to pick from! We have 4 workout rooms: Main Studio, Open Gym, Infrared Heated Studio, and Reform X SF&F Room!
We are open 7 days a week, we have complimentary child care, an incredible staff, a large parking lot, and the kindest community of clients around.
LOCATION: We are in the Market Basket plaza. Drive past Sola Salong, Bling Nails, Liquor Junction, take the bend and we are in the back lot!
