We are a community of people with a common love, ZUMBA! We specialize in Zumba classes but also offer High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) classes called STRONG! Classes are offered every day of the week including classes on the weekend. We also have a variety of instructors, each with a different style. We are truly a community...a Zumba family and we always support and encourage each other to reach our personal fitness goals. We are always welcoming and always have room for more friends in our lives. Join us!
