Proactive Pilates LLC in Kiel, Washington

My mission is to educate, instruct, and encourage those taking a proactive approach toward their health.
I am a physical therapist with 8 years (and counting) of experience helping people of all ages and abilities improve their function, reduce pain, and enhance their quality of life. I am pursuing teaching Pilates because in the clinic I have seen recurring orthopedic problems due to impaired posture, faulty movement patterns, and limited strength and mobility. I want to take a proactive approach to help others avoid these orthopedic problems.
