My name is Jocelyn Quezada, but I go by Joy. I am the owner of Life of Joy LLC. I am married, have 3 children and 5 grandchildren. I became a Certified Personal Fitness Trainer, Nutritional Specialist and Kickboxing instructor in 2008. I have worked with 100's of clients ranging from 8 years of age to 73 years of age. I have helped athletes get in shape, lose weight, and gain lean muscle mass. All while educating them on how to live a healthy lifestyle and maintain a healthy weight. In 2022, I began doing event planning and decorating, which I enjoy a great deal. Clients give me a theme, along with colors schemes tailored to their event. I handle setting up all decor so you can focus on enjoying your event!
