Welcome to LFT Gym, premiere functional fitness gym. At LFT, community is everything and our top priority is providing you with a safe, joyful and fun experience. We have athletes of all experience levels: some brand new; some who have been doing “fitness” for years. There is a place for each and every one of you.
LFT's flagship location is located in Sarasota, FL and is one of the city's original fitness facilities, opening their doors in 2009. Over the years, founder Kelli Sweeting, has cultivated a community of inclusion, growing and expanding her foundation.
Our belief is that fitness should be fun and safe while maintaining the goal of longevity and health in the LFT programming.
