At Elevate Hybrid Training, we train multiple disciplines consecutively, including strength, endurance, functional fitness, and fitness racing. We are an Official HYROX Training Club, so we train to race, but we also train for everyday life. Our community is our number one priority, and we strive to provide a supportive environment where you can get the best training and the support from your fitfam to achieve your goals! Hybrid training is truly for anyone and any body. Elevate has both staffed and non-staffed hours, so you can choose the time and environment that's right for you. All your workouts are setup ahead of time and provided with video instruction in our app.
