CrossFit Communitas is owned and programmed by a Doctor of Physical Therapy and offers expertly coached functional fitness classes daily. Each class is 60 minutes long and includes an individualized prehab, specific warm up, strength or skill, and conditioning. Our focus is on results, safety, and community. You do not need any baseline level of fitness or knowledge to join. The entire point is getting healthy and fit!
