About
After years of attending and coaching group fitness workouts, we noticed two important things: 1. People were plateauing with the repetitiveness of the same exercises and equipment used in pre-set group classes and 2. People were injuring themselves, pushing their bodies too hard in HIIT workouts without proper recovery practices. This is why we created Attuned Fitness!
