The Lagree method, started by Sebastian Lagree, is a high intensity, low impact workout that combines cardio, strength, endurance and flexibility to focus on the slow muscle twitch fibers seeing results you may have never thought possible.

Whether you are a professional athlete, or someone with little to no fitness background, each workout is designed to accommodate the individual member. Each instructor is there to coach you through the class, whether that be increasing the intensity for you or giving you modifications to suit your fitness level.
