Welcome to Adaptive Fitness, where we believe that everyone deserves the opportunity to lead an active and healthy lifestyle. Our solitary mission is to provide that opportunity to as much of the world as possible. At Adaptive Fitness, we are dedicated to providing uniquely personalized exercise programs that are adapted to the unique needs of each of our athletes. We offer 1:1 personal training, semi-private training and small group fitness classes (3-5 athletes per class). Our team of experienced and certified trainers are passionate about helping individuals with and without disabilities achieve their fitness goals and improve their overall quality of life.
