Intero Wellness is a medically-informed fitness studio that provides personalized fitness programming and 1-on-1 care to adults who need support starting a new exercise routine.
Our programming is designed by a multi-disciplinary musculoskeletal team based on each client’s personal medical history and goals by experts in musculoskeletal care and personal training. Co-located with medical professionals, we measure progress as our clients become stronger, healthier, and age more resiliently.
