Welcome to CrossFit Forge 208 located in newly renovated downtown Caldwell, Idaho. We are a CrossFit gym with smaller class sizes to allow for more training and athlete to coach ratio. We have personal training, nutrition, and we work with all ages and ability athletes. We are family owned and raised in the Caldwell area. We offer discounts for police, fire, law enforcement, and first responders. Thank you for your service. The owner, Richard, retired from Caldwell Police Department after 30 years of service to his community and now follows his dream of fitness.
