FIT RAPID ACADEMY is the only Fitness Center in Kern County proudly Affiliated with GORUCK.
What makes our training different?
Each class is scalable but designed to push you past what you thought you were capable of. Our primary Group Classes classes incorporate vests, rucksacks, Kettlebells, bodyweight exercises and sandbags. The benefits of using Sandbags are that they are versatile, can improve stability, mental toughness, and enhance core strength.
We continually change up our classes with different exercises and routines for a total body workout. Muscle confusion is key to making RAPID results.
Boredom is impossible with our system!
